Assuming there is space (Palaia is popular with yacht crews), anchor stern or bows-to the pier (with light structure Fl.R.3s5M) or at the quay at the south side of the jetty (depth 2,5 meters). Occasionally yachts moor alongside the jetty. The bottom is sand, mud or seaweed and the anchor grip varies in different places.
Because flotillas are fond of Palaia Epidaurus, and berthing space is limited, it could be wise to check beforehand (in other ports) their visiting schedules. Water and electricity are available. If there is no room, one can anchor in the bay (see anchorage).
